2017 CRUIZ’N McCall – July 16th, 10-4PM

Princess Gracie claims her 1952 Packard Mayfair, our Best in Show.

2017 Cruiz’n McCall for Recreation Scholarships!

Once again the weather Gods were kind to us and we had an absolutely beautiful day for our event.  First and foremost we want to thank all the participants who brought their prized possessions to our event. A special thanks for those who came from Boise, Eagle, and Ontario- including Boise – the Whitney’s with their 1967 Chevy Camaro, and Eagle’s Dave Thompson with his very special 1969 BMW1600 Cabrio,  Also, we want to thank those in the community and those visitors who stopped by to attend the event, vote on awards, and also contribute to our effort to support our community.

This year we passed on having ‘T’ shirts in order to maximize our gifting to the scholarship fund; however, we did decider to award three categories for their outstanding vehicles.  The awards included, Best In Show, and Peoples Choice Awards.  Peoples’ Choice winners were Bob Cassity from Ontario with his blown ’41 Willys, and New Meadows Debbie Lyon with her 1950 GMC pickup.  Taking Best in Show was Bill Shore, Council, with his fully restored 1952 Packard Mayfair.

We are fortunate again to have the tremendous support of local sponsors, who once again stepped up in their support of the Scholarship program.  They include  Les Schwab, Idaho First Bank, Bruneel Point S, Alpine Automotive, Napa Auto, Ridleys Market, Western Collision, Steve’s Automotive & Towing, May Security, Payette Builders, Valley Fire Protection,  The Print Shop McCall,  and McCall Quick Lube.

All proceeds support the recreation scholarship programs for families and community youth.

If you want to contribute to McCall’s Scholarship program please contact the City of McCAll or Lex @ McCall Auto Club  208-634-AUTO or email us.

Thank you-
